- 3 oz. Principe Peperoncino Salame
- Grapefruit, sliced into half-moons or sections
- 1/2 cup grapefruit marmalade

Serve it with Style
What you’ll need:
- Fancy wine or dessert dishes for individual servings.
- Tapered candles in shades of pink, red, and coral.
- White Roses
- Whole and sliced grapefruit
Step 1: Assemble the Festive Tabletop
Arrange pink and red candles in varying heights down the center of your table to create a warm, romantic glow. Add fresh flowers in small vases—bonus points for matching the pink and red tones—to set the perfect Galentine’s vibe.
Step 2: Prepare the Individual Servings:
Start by layering grapefruit marmelade at the bottom of each decorative glass.
Add a generous spoonful of creamy burrata on top of the grapefruit.
Sprinkle a few baby arugula for a touch of freshness.
Fold and arrange slices of Soppressata and Peperoncino salami around the rim of each glass for an elegant touch.
Top it off with a toasted heart-shaped crostini to add the charm!
Step 3 (Optional): Create a Shareable Charcuterie Platter:
On a large platter, fan out the Soppressata and Peperoncino salami around a central pile of burrata balls. Sprinkle salt and olive oil over the burrata to bring out the flavor.
Add grapefruit slices and greens as pops of color and freshness.
Add small dishes of the grapefruit marmalade for serving
Scatter toasted crostini or crackers around the platter so everyone can mix and match their bites.
The combination of salty, creamy, and tangy flavors is perfectly balanced, while the cheerful presentation adds a celebratory flair. Pair it with sparkling rosé or mimosas for a bubbly toast to friendship and fun!
