Ingredients

8 ounces Principe Salami Trio, Uncured Genoa
8 ounces Principe Salami Trio, Hot Soppressata
8 ounces Principe Salami Trio, Uncured Italian Dry Salami
3 (8-ounce) logs goat cheese
1 (17.5-ounce) Pandoro
1 (8-ounce) jar sun-dried tomatoes in olive oil
2 cups fresh basil leaves
1/4 cup finely chopped toasted pistachios

How To Make

Place goat cheese in food processor and blend until smooth, about 30 seconds. Transfer whipped goat cheese to piping bag and cut off a large tip.

Cut pandoro horizontally into roughly 1 1/2-inch slices. Pipe goat cheese evenly over bottom slice of pandoro. Top decoratively with a few slices of salami trio, sun-dried tomatoes and basil leaves. Place the next slice of pandoro on top so that all tips of the slice beneath are visible. Repeat with remaining goat cheese, salami trio, sun-dried tomatoes and basil, ending with the top slice of pandoro.

Dust Pandoro tree with pistachios. Slice and serve.
