Ingredients

8 ounces sliced Principe Prosciutto di San Daniele

8 ounces mascarpone

8 ounces crumbled gorgonzola

Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste

16 homemade pizzelle cones, or store-bought canape cones

1 pint blackberries

Chopped fresh chives, for garnish

How To Make

Combine mascarpone and gorgonzola in food processor and blend until smooth, light
and fluffy, about 30 seconds. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Transfer gorgonzola mixture to a piping bag and cut off a small tip.

Pipe gorgonzola mixture into each pizzelle cone or canape cone.

Top evenly with prosciutto and a few blackberries.

Garnish with chives and serve.
