Ingredients

2 ounces sliced Principe Peperoncino, chopped
1 cup (1 block) cream cheese
4 ounces crumbled gorgonzola
1/4 cup dried cranberries
1/4 cup Italian seasoning
2 tablespoons crushed red pepper flakes
3-4 grissini, cut into 2-inch sticks

How To Make

Mix cream cheese and gorgonzola together in large bowl using an eclectic hand mixer until combined. Fold in cranberries and peperoncino until combined. Cover with bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate until cheese mixture is firm. 

Form cheese mixture into 12 even triangles, resembling Christmas trees. 

Combine Italian seasoning and crushed red pepper flakes in small shallow bowl. Coat cheese triangles in seasoning mixture. Skewer each cheese triangle with grissini to resemble the trunk of a Christmas tree. Keep refrigerated until ready to serve.
