Ingredients

1 pound sliced Principe Robusto

1/2 cup mixed nuts, such as toasted walnuts, toasted hazelnuts and blanched almonds

1/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil

Freshly ground black pepper, to taste

1 lemon, zested

Microgreens, for garnish

How To Make

Layer Robusto slices and nuts in a large shallow serving bowl. Drizzle with oil. Top with pepper and lemon zest. Allow to marinate at room temperature for at least 20 minutes.

Garnish with microgreens. Serve using toothpicks or tongs.

Tip: Substitute toasted walnuts, hazelnuts, chestnuts, cashews or blanched almonds with pine nuts!
