  2 ounces infused non-alcoholic vodka 

  1 1/2 ounces brewed espresso, plus 3 espresso beans, for garnish 

  1/4 ounce simple syrup

Ingredients

For infused vodka:

  4 ounces sliced Principe Prosciutto di San Daniele

  1 (750-milliliter) bottle non-alcoholic vodka 

For mocktail: 

  2-3 slices Principe Prosciutto di San Daniele

  2 ounces infused non-alcoholic vodka 

  1 1/2 ounces brewed espresso, plus 3 espresso beans, for garnish 

  1/4 ounce simple syrup 

Parmigiano Reggiano, grated, for garnish

How To Make

For infused vodka: Pour vodka into large 32-ounce canning jar. Add prosciutto and cover tightly with lid. Shake to combine. Refrigerate for 7 days to allow flavors to develop.

Strain vodka through cheese cloth lined fine mesh strainer into clean canning jar or bottle. Double strain if desired. Store refrigerated for up to 3 months. 

For mocktail: Thread prosciutto onto a cocktail pick. Fill cocktail shaker halfway with ice. Add vodka, espresso and simple syrup to cocktail shaker. Shake mixture until fully combined, and well-chilled, about 15 seconds. strain cocktail into chilled coupe glass. Sprinkle with Parmigiano Reggiano and garnish with espresso beans and prosciutto pick. Serve and enjoy. 

 

Tip: Substitute non-alcoholic vodka for regular vodka to create a cocktail.
