4 ounces sliced Principe Peperoncino
1 loaf Tuscan bread, cut into 1/2-inch slices and toasted
1 (16-ounce) wedge Fontina cheese, shaved

How To Make

Cut toast into an even amount of pieces using 1-inch, 2-inch and 3-inch flower-shaped cookie cutters.

Starting with the 3-inch piece of toast as the base, layer Soppressata, Peperoncino and Fontina and consecutively smaller pieces of toast to resemble tree shape.

Garnish trees with thyme. Place peppercorn decoratively on trees to resemble ornaments. Serve and enjoy.
