Ingredients

4 ounces sliced Principe Prosciutto di San Daniele
Kosher salt, to taste
2 tablespoons olive oil
16 ounces green beans, trimmed
1/4 cup toasted Marcona almonds, roughly chopped
2 teaspoons chopped fresh rosemary
1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
1/4 cup shaved Parmesan cheese

How To Make

Fill a medium saucepan with water and season heavily with salt. Bring to boil over high
heat. Blanch green beans for about 1 minute.

Using a slotted spoon, transfer green beans to an ice bath. Let cool, then drain and pat dry.

Heat oil in large skillet over medium heat. Add green beans and cook, stirring frequently,
until tender, about 2 to 4 minutes.

Stir in almonds, rosemary and crushed red pepper flakes, and cook until fragrant, about 30 seconds.

Garnish with prosciutto and Parmesan. Serve and enjoy.
