12 Slices Hot Soppressata

12 Slices Italian Dry Salame

12 Slices Genoa Salame

12 Bite-sized pieces of fresh Mozzarella

12 Cherry or Grape tomatoes

12 Pitted green Italian olives (like Castelvetrano)

12 8” bamboo skewers

How To Make

Place a piece of mozzarella halfway up a skewer.

Pinch a slice of Hot Soppressata in the middle and skewer it through multiple layers.

Add ingredients with a skewered cherry tomato and roll a slice of Italian Dry Salame.

Finish the skewer with an olive and a slice of Genoa salame skewered like the Hot Soppressata.

Repeat this process with the remaining skewers and ingredients.
