Salami Peperoncino Sliced

Ingredients

4 oz Mascarpone cheese

2 tbsp Chopped fresh herbs

½ tsp Garlic, finely minced or paste

12 slices Peperoncino

12 Melba toast or crackers, 2” round

4 Olives, pitted

How To Make

Mix the mascarpone cheese, herbs, and garlic well, then place it in a small pastry bag.

Cut a slit from the center to the outer edge of each slice of salame.

Roll each slice of salame into a tight cone.

Pipe the cream cheese mixture to fill each salame cone about ¾ full.

Place a small dollop of cream cheese in the center of each toast round, and place the salame on top.

Slice olives and garnish each cone with an olive slice.
