2 small sweet potatoes, cut into 1/4-inch rounds
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon kosher salt

How To Make

Preheat oven to 300°F and line 2 rimmed baking sheets with parchment paper.

Toss potatoes, olive oil, salt and pepper together in large bowl until coated.

Place sweet potatoes in an even layer on prepared baking sheet.

Bake, rotating baking sheets halfway through, and flipping sweet potatoes over, until golden-brown and crisp, about 1 hour and 15 minutes.

Allow crostini to cool at room temperature.

Top each crostini evenly with salami trio, goat cheese and rosemary.

Drizzle with honey and serve.
