4 ounces thinly sliced Principe Coppa Piccante

1 cup Greek yogurt

1 cup mascarpone, room temperature

3 tablespoons drained capers, chopped

1/2 lemon, juiced

1 sprig fresh dill

1 tablespoon olive oil

Freshly ground black pepper, to taste

How To Make

Preheat oven to 375°F and line a rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper. Arrange coppa slices on prepared baking sheet, leaving space between each slice. Bake until edges are crisp and stiff, about 10 to 15 minutes. Transfer coppa crisps to a paper-towel-lined plate and let drain.

Meanwhile, mix yogurt, mascarpone, capers, lemon juice, dill and olive oil together in small bowl until combined. Season with pepper, to taste. Serve with coppa crisps and enjoy!
