1 pound dry angel hair pasta

1 cup grated Parmigiano Reggiano cheese, plus more for garnish

14 large eggs, divided

8 ounces sliced Principe Robusto

2 tablespoons fresh basil leaves

How To Make

Preheat oven to 375°F and line a rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil over high heat. Cook pasta according to package directions for al dente. Drain and rinse with cold water.

Mix pasta, cheese and 2 eggs together in a large bowl until pasta is coated. Twirl pasta mixture into 12 1-1/2-inch-tall nests onto prepared baking sheet. Bake until pasta is light golden-brown and crisp, about 15 to 20 minutes.

Top each nest with 1 egg. Continue to bake until the whites of the eggs are just set, about 5 to 7 minutes. Top nests with additional cheese, folded Robusto slices and basil. Serve and enjoy!
