Ingredients

4 ounces sliced Principe Prosciutto di Parma
Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
1 (16-ounce) package potato gnocchi
1/4 cup unsalted butter
3-5 fresh sage leaves
1/4 cup grated Grana Padano
1/4 cup toasted hazelnuts, roughly chopped

How To Make

Bring large pot filled with salted water to a boil over high heat. Cook gnocchi according to package directions; drain. Set aside. 

Melt butter in large straight-sided skillet over medium heat. Cook, stirring frequently, until butter is golden-brown and fragrant, about 3 to 4 minutes. Add sage leaves and cook until fragrant and darkens in color, about 1 minute. 

Carefully add cooked gnocchi and toss to coat, about 1 minute. Season with salt and pepper, to taste. Top with prosciutto, Grana Padano and hazelnuts. Serve and enjoy.
