Ingredients

12 fresh figs (alternative: Simmer dried figs in red wine and allow to cool)

6 slices Prosciutto di Parma, halved lengthwise

1 tub of whole milk ricotta (1 lb)

1 bottle of balsamic glaze

12 fresh mint leaves

How To Make

Slice 6 prosciutto in half lengthwise.

Quarter 12 figs but do not cut all the way through.

Pluck 12 small fresh mint leaves.

Place 1 teaspoon of ricotta in the middle of each quartered fig.

Gently wrap and fold the upper lip of prosciutto around the fig.

Drizzle balsamic glaze on a dish; place the 12 wrapped figs on top of the glaze.

Gently place 1 mint leaf on each fig.
