Truffled Fontinella Wrapped with Prosciutto

It’s a great choice for wine tastings or to include in your holiday appetizer lineup for Thanksgiving or Christmas. Pair it with a sparkling wine like Prosecco or a light, crisp Sauvignon Blanc. Serve it with fresh figs, grapes, or pear slices to add a fruity contrast. Marcona almonds or toasted walnuts complement the dish nicely too. The appetizer combines the elegance of truffle-infused cheese with the saltiness of prosciutto, creating a balanced flavor profile that’s perfect for special occasions.
